DUSTIN RHODES MAKES HIS TNA DEBUT!
The show begins with a recap of last weeks battle for power and control as Don Callis defeated now former Director of Authority Erik Watts.
A sign above the wrestler entrance read "Under New Management" as Jeff Jarrett, Don Callis and Johnny Fairplay walk past a stage full of fan favorites, referees and security to the ring surrounded
by Jarrett supporters. Jarrett tells all the superstars that they now have to do whatever he tells him or risk losing their jobs. He then brings down the "honorable" Thomas T. Stenenbaum Esquire to the ring to announce that effective 9 p.m. the board of directors will be no more as well as the news NWA President Bill Behrens was stepping down. Jarrett then berated the superstars on the stage with threats of losing their jobs if they breach their contracts. Chris Harris steps up and confronts Jarrett on the mic as the two have choice words for each other. All hell then broke loose inside the ring between Harris and Jarrett.
Insane Clown Posse vs. Glen Gilberti and David Young
The ICP get the win with a Violent J moonsault followed by a Shaggy 2 Dope leg drop off the top rope onto Young with Gilberti out on the floor. Gilberti attacks the ICP from behind after the match, but 2 Tough Tony comes to the ring to help his fellow Juggalos

Kid Kash vs. Sonny Siaki
A crazed Kash goes to the outside and wrestles a chair from Jeremy Borash, attacks Tiny the timekeeper and Ms. Sarah with broom in hand. Kash got back to the ring and is distracted by Borash with the broom allowing Siaki to schoolboy for the win. Callis comes the ring with mic in hand to officially fire Sarah, Tiny, and Borash from TNA! Kash and Trinity double team Siaki and place a "Under New Management" sticker on the chest of Sonny.
Scott Hudson is backstage talking to Americas Most Wanted when Jeff Jarrett came in demanding to know who his opponent was! Before all hell broke loose again, blackshirt security came in to break up the melee.
Abyss vs. El Leon
In a match that would see El Leon unmask if defeated, it was the surprise return of AJ Styles that took the spotlight. Styles ran in when Abyss went for the mask of El Leon, allowing Abyss to win by DQ. Styles would then demand a title shot but Don Callis came out to announce that A.J. would fight for the tag team championship with his partner being Abyss!
Hudson is backstage with the Sandman as he introduces the man that introduced him to hardcore, Terry Funk.
The Gathering (C.M. Punk and Julio Dinero) w/ James Mitchell vs. The Sandman and Terry Funk
A Hardcore Tag Match that saw chairs and canes supplied by the Sandman. The Gathering hit a spike piledriver on Funk, but that didn't keep the Living Legend down. A side slam / leg drop combo on to a chair from the Gathering on Funk finally ended the match.
Tenay has a sit down interview with Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger. The two "allegedly" signed a loyalty agreement to Jarrett but pointed the blame to Glen Gilberti. They talk about their relationship as a team and friends as Johnny Fairplay comes in only to get dropped by Diamond.

The Redshirts (c) ( Kevin Northcutt and Legend) vs. A.J. Styles and Abyss El Leon comes out of the crowd to fight Abyss out of the building, leaving Styles to battle two men. Both forces battle back and forth with Styles looking impressive with the odd stacked against him. hris Harris comes to
the ring for the distraction for Styles to roll up Northcutt to capture the World Tag Team Championship with Abyss!

Hudson talks with ICP who issue a challenge to anyone in Jeff Jarrett's camp to a Juggalo Street Fight!
Erik Watts comes to the ring to tell Jarrett that he may have stepped down, but he's not gone and "Hell has just started." Watts says he is going to sit in the ring until Jarrett comes out. Goldylocks comes out to talk to Watts about their former relationship. Watts forces a kiss on her as Jarrett
attacks Watts from behind. Jarrett's mystery opponent comes to make the save and is none other than Dustin Rhodes!
NWA World Heavyweight Title Match
Jeff Jarrett (c) vs. Dustin Rhodes
The two men battle into the crowd to start things off. The Redshirts interfered but Dustin battled them off. A.J. Styles hits a frog splash on Jarrett then battles Abyss on the rampway. The Naturals threw powder at Dustin followed by chairshot leading to Jarrett pinning for the three count.
Tenay tells a celebrating Jarrett that as a final act before stepping down, the NWA Board has announced they are bringing a new Director of Authority to TNA!
